Production Assistant Internship

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant Intern to join our team at the vinyl record pressing plant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of vinyl record production, including quality control, machine operation, and packaging. This internship offers valuable insight into the inner workings of a vinyl pressing plant and provides an opportunity to contribute to the creation of physical music products. Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the operation and maintenance of vinyl record pressing machines
    • Conduct quality control checks on finished vinyl records to ensure they meet quality standards
    • Help prepare and package vinyl records for shipment, including labeling and packaging materials
    • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment of raw materials
    • Work closely with production staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the production area
    • Participate in training sessions to learn about the vinyl manufacturing process and equipment operation

Requirements:

    • Passion for music and interest in vinyl record manufacturing
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 30kg) as needed

Sales and Marketing Internship

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks, including lead generation, market research, campaign coordination, and customer relations. This internship provides valuable exposure to the sales and marketing processes in the music industry. If you are passionate about music on vinyl and eager to drive business growth, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects through market research and data analysis
    • Support the sales manager in prospecting leads, qualifying leads and tracking sales opportunities.
    • Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including email marketing and social media.
    • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures and sample packs
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Assist in customer service and customer relations management
    • Conduct sales and marketing analysis, prepare reports and presentations for informing the organizational strategy.

Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Understanding of the music industry environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
    • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
    • Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
